Cancer.

This random thing in your life has a slight link to CANCER!

Seriously, why even bother with all of these news reports and articles about the cancer-causing-thing-of-the-week? Everything causes cancer, even just a little bit of it does. Everything. There's always some random fuck in the world that has to get a life threatening disease by eating or doing the most random, normal everyday thing and ruin it for the rest of us. (No offense.)

Maybe one person out of all of the 7-ish billion people in the world got cancer due to eating, oh, I don't know, lets make it eggs this week.

Do we really need to make a news article about it, again? Don't you think that everyone already knows that pretty much everything causes cancer? What's the point? What do they expect us to do about it; stop eating, drinking, microwaving, talking on the phone, using deodorant, looking at the sun, being IN the sun, BREATHING?

Do they think that it'll scare us so much that we'll just stop our daily routine and fix it up so that it fits a lifestyle where no one will ever get cancer?

Is it even possible to do?

It's so redundant now. Why even try?

  1. Er, not really. Some very specific things are carcinogenic. EG: EATING doesn't cause problems, the artificial shit we put in our food does, the hormones in our meat does, microwaving shit does, over-cooking shit does. We live completely unnaturally. They want us to live more like we're meant to.

  2. Its true. I walk around all the time, wondering if something I'm doing will cause me to get cancer later. Or maybe sooner rather than later. You just never know.

The other thing that is so frustrating about the whole cancer thing is that there ARE other cures, besides chemotherapy. But no one wants to talk about them because they are such cheap, natural cures that if they were to be advertised as a cure, no one would make any money off of them.

Its a fucked up world we're living in...

  3. Yeah, it can get pretty annoying. But if it saves at least one life, I think it's worth it.

  4. There are some things that more often cause cancer than others, but most that are reported now a days are just "this MAY cause cancer." Yes, anything MAY do something out of the ordinary of it's original intended use. And by eating, that's what I mean. It also sucks since even "natural" or "organic" foods aren't really THAT "natural or organic," so how does anyone win? You don't. It's redundant and pointless for the most part.

You're already at the end of the post, the big white box is right there, so empty and lonely, why not leave some love? :)
