Kindness.

"If you should fall, you know I'll be there. To catch a call, you know I'll be there, I'll go anywhere, so I'll see you there." - Green Day Poprocks And Coke

For some reason, I was thinking about the past earlier, and I came across this one memory of mine.

I was at school and walking to my class, and I was really sad about something that happened, I forgot what. My friend Trevor walked by me and said "Hey!" in his usual cheery way, and I said "Hi" back, and he some how instantly knew something was wrong. Maybe I wasn't hiding it as well as I thought, but anyway. He asked me, "are you OK??"

And for some reason, I decided to tell the truth, instead of brushing it off. I said, "not really."
Then, he just hugged me. He didn't ask what was wrong, he didn't try and pry it out of me, he just hugged me, and then smiled and said, "well, feel better :) "

I know some of you are going to be like, "cute, but that's what friends do." And you're right. I just found it kind of cool that he did that, since even though we've known each other since grade school, we were never really that close.

I don't know why, but that's my favorite memory, now that I remember it again. It was at the time, too, but I forgot about it until I went on his profile to say Happy Birthday to him.

Whenever he gets a girlfriend, I will seriously be jealous. Not because I like him or anything, but that girl will have the guy that all girls complain they can never find, but he's right there.

He's a good guy. I wish more guys were like him.
